GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM IN Bank
Customers are advised that Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd. has a robust grievance redressal structure and processes to ensure prompt in-house redressal of all their customer complaints, which is as under : -
- In each branch the complaint register is kept with the Branch-in-charge which would make it possible for the customers to enter their complaints.
- In addition to this a 'Suggestion-cum-Complaint' Box is kept at every branch. Customers may drop their written complaints with their names and address in the Box.
- There is a system of acknowledging the complaints, where the complaints are received through letters.
- Time frame for resolving the complaints received at different levels :
- If the solution for the complaint is within the purview and under the discretion of Branch-in-charge, it will be resolved within 7 days from the date the complaint is received at the branch.
- If the solution for the complaint is within the purview, and under the discretion of Dy. General Manager of the Zone/Asst. General Manager of the Region, complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the date the complaint is received at Zonal Office/Regional Office.
- If the solution for the complaint is within the purview of Managing Director/Board of Directors, the complaint will be resolved within 30 days from the date the complaint is received at Head Office.
If not satisfied with the branch reply, customer may approach directly to concerned Authority of the zonal office/ Clusters.
