 Qualification  As on 01.01.2012

 MBA in HR (full time) or Masters in Labour Studies (full time)
 from reputed.Institute/University(approved by AICTE)
 preferably possessing LLB degree with specialization in Labour  Laws.
   

 Experience

  3 to 5 years experience as Manager -Human Resource Dept. in a
 reputed Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial
 Institution.
   

 Age  
   

 Remuneration

 Commensurate with qualification and experience
   


The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions like Compensation policy, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliances, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Staff Welfare and other relevant aspects of Human Resource Management.
