in reputed companies / organizations :

(C) If the borrower is a
businessman and employees of other organization
with good repaying capacity and
owning a
house :

Service Charges :
1.2% of amount sanctioned
Share Amount : 1% of
the amount sanctioned subject to min. Rs.1,000/-
